Location- Delhi
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Continental Chef to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of dishes from different regions , as well as managing and training kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong knowledge of continental cuisine.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 year experience as a Continental Chef in a Cafe.
Proficient in cooking Cafe F&B Cuisine.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
Food safety certification and knowledge of health and safety regulations
Customer Service Representative
Location- Delhi
The CSR is the face of the café, dealing directly with customers and handling their needs and inquiries.
Responsibilities
Warmly greet customers as they enter the café.
Provide menu information and answer any customer questions.
Offer recommendations based on customer preferences.
Take customer orders accurately, whether in person or over the phone.
Input orders into the system and ensure all details are correct.
Help customers navigate the menu and suggest popular items or specials.
Process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Issue receipts and ensure any change is given correctly.
